Bones is an investigative drama following the exploits of Dr. Temperance Brennan (Emily Deschanel), a top forensic anthropologist. Dr. Brennan heads up a team at the Jeffersonian Institute that works to identify remains that cannot otherwise be identified by traditional means. She also works hand-in-hand with law enforcement organizations, using her unique talents to see past the obvious and find the hidden clues others may not see.

Special Agent Seeley Booth (David Boreanaz), a former Army Ranger Sniper working in the FBI's Homicide Investigations Unit, teams up with Dr. Brennan, or "Bones" as he soon nicknames her, and they often clash on how best to approach a case. Booth and his no-nonsense attitude towards scientists -- "squints" as he often calls them -- finds him preferring to get answers from witnesses and investigations, but working with Dr. Brennan he comes to see that the science behind the crime is often just as important as the witnesses.

Dr. Brennan's team includes Dr. Jack Hodgins (T. J. Thyne), a forensic scientist specializing in entomology and biological and geological trace evidence; Angela Montenegro (Michaela Conlin), Dr. Brennan's best friend and a facial reconstructionist; Cam Saroyan (Tamara Taylor), the Jeffersonian coroner; and Lance Sweets (John Francis Daley), an FBI psychologists who lends his unique behavioral analysis background to the investigations.

An all new episode of Bones Season 5 will be released soon, but before that, let's first take a look back at what has transpired on the previous episodes, Bones Season 5 Episode 4 entitled as "The Beautiful Day in the Neighborhood", with this brief summary / episode synopsis: Brennan and Booth investigated human remains found at a neighborhood block party. Suburban politics and secret scandals gave each neighbor in the cul-de-sac a motive, leaving Brennan, Booth and Sweets to sift through the drama to find their suspect. Meanwhile, Jeffersonian intern Arastoo came clean about his background, and Booth's son attempted to find Booth a girlfriend. I know your excited to watch a new Bones episode now. Bones Season 5 Episode 5 (S05E05 / 5x05) is entitled as "A Night at the Bones Museum". Just a quick trivia, the release date of Bones Season 5 episodes is three weeks earlier in Canada than in UK. So if Bones Season 5 Episode 5 will be released on October 15, 2009 in Canada, expect Bones S05E05/5x05 to be available in UK only on November 5.
