Richard Chekevdia, now 6, was on custody battle and went missing last 2007 with his mother Shannon Wilfong.
On Friday, the boy was found in a small room hidden behind a wall in Diane Dobbs' rural home. Shannon was charged with felony child abduction while Diane Dobbs was charged with aiding and abetting for the incident. Richard Chekevdia, the boy found in wall, is now under the custody of Illinois authorities.
