Today is September 9, 2009 or 9/9/09 here in the Philippines and other parts of the world, and will be the date tomorrow in America and other Western countries. This date is very special for luck-lovers, because the number '9' is considered as a lucky number. Many are rushing in to bet in the lottery, hoping that this day, 09.09.09, a date which happens only once a millennium, will be a day of fortune for them.
