I'm sure you enjoyed watching UFC 101 and you are still looking for more reality combat action. Well, you ain't gonna wait for long because the next UFC event happens also this month. UFC 102 is the upcoming pay-per-view by Ultimate Fighting Championships this August 29th, 2009. It will be held on the Rose Garden, home of the Portland Trail Blazers.

The following were changes from the original UFC 102 announcement:
- Kyle Kingsbury vs. Razak Al-Hassan moved to UFC 104.
- Matt Hamill was injured and is replaced by Krzysztof Soszynski vs. Brandon Vera.
- James Irvin and Wilson Gouveia were both injured, thus their match were cancelled.
- Marcus Aurelio replaces injured Matt Veach.
