Just like every year, the VH1 Hip Hop Honors 2009 event is expected to be watched by millions of Hip Hop lovers in the US and worldwide. According the sources, the lone awardee / honoree for the 2009 VH1 Hip Hop Honors is Def Jam Records. The live presenters are Chris Rock, Anthony Anderson, Jimmy Fallon and Brett Ratner. Lastly, the much awaited performances for the night are as follows:
* Eminem, The Roots, and DJ Jazzy Jeff - "Rock the Bells"
* Public Enemy and The Roots - "Rebel Without a Pause"
* DMX and Gym Class Heroes - "Party Up (Up in Here)"
* Ludacris - "Southern Hospitality"
