This is the reason why I entitled my post as Ugly Betty Season 4 Episode 2 3, because of the on-going debate on the episode sequence. Anyway, what we do know now is that the next Ugly Betty Season 4 episode is entitled as "Blue on Blue". Oh boy, that sounds like a pretty lonely title to me.
