Here's the story. The San Diego Chargers linebacker Shawne Merriman, so he's a big guy, was out with his girlfriend Tila Tequila. They were out like sweet couples when suddenly, the two had a harsh exchange of words ending up with Merriman choking the model and MTV personality, Tila Tequila. This incident led to the arrest of Shawne Merriman hours after. A very stupid move for a big guy, he did it in public.
