David 'Dave Dave' Rothenberg Burn Victim Pictures - Photos - Pics

David Rothenberg or more popularly known as Dave Dave, was a victim of arson by his own father when we was just six. In 1983, Charles Rothenberg took young David to a trip. Charles and his wife Marie Rothenberg are also separated at that time and Marie has the legal custody of Dave Dave. When she threatened that she will not allow Charles to see their son in the future again, all hell broke loose. Charles was together with David in a motel in Buena Park. Then all of a sudden, he poured kerosene on their bed were his son was sleeping, and then run away.


David Rothenberhg burns over 90 percent of his body that left him permanently disfigured. Charkes Rothenberg was then arrested after the incident and was charged with arson. Today, Dave Dave is already 29 years old. He has changed his name at least twice, appeared in the role of a burn victim in 1997 in the CBS soap opera The Bold and the Beautiful. He has also directed music videos.
