For the second straight year, a Venezuelan has reigned supreme in the most coveted beauty pageant of the year, Miss Universe 2009. Surely, Venezuela may be referred as the beauty capital of the world as they have produced many of the most beautiful women in the world. Venezuela is referred to some as a beauty-obsessed country in South America. They have won the Miss Universe title for six times.
