Shakrukh Khan is the latest victim of racial discrimination in America. Reports confirm that Shakrukh Khan has been detained for two hours upon arrival at the Newark Airport in New Jersey. Why? Mainly because of his Muslim name. According to US immigration officers, they are just following their standard operating procedures (SOP) and are just asking Shakrukh Khan why he is visiting US. They saw the name 'Khan' popping out of the computer so they immediately detained him not knowing that Shak Rukh Khan is a popular Indian film actor.

The US Ambassador to India, Timothy Roemer immediately received an email about the incident saying: “We are trying to ascertain the facts of the case, to understand what took place. Shah Rukh Khan, the actor and global icon, is a very welcome guest in the United States. Many Americans love his films.”
