If you want to be a licensed CFA Charterholder financial analyst in the US, you need to take and pass the three level six hours CFA exams sponsored by the CFA Institute. To be a candidate to take this exam, you must have a bachelor's degree, and 48 months (or four years) of work experience in an investment decision-making position. Just recently the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Level 1 2 3 Exam Results has been released. To pass the CFA exams is very difficult. This year 2009, only 46% pass Level, 41% for CFA Level 2, and 49% for CFA Level 3.
